Dispute Parking Invoice

You are required to submit your Parking Invoice dispute within seven days (7) of receiving the invoice.

Submit Parking Invoice Dispute

Include the following information when submitting a parking invoice dispute:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Parking Invoice or Invoiced License Plate Number

  • Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png (Copy of Parking Invoice, Proof of Payment)

  • Please explain why you are disputing your Parking Invoice

If you submit your Parking Invoice dispute within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice, you will be exempt from paying the seven (7) day late fee. A decision on whether or not to cancel your Parking Invoice will be made within 30 to 40 business days.
