Dispute Parking Invoice

Appeals will be reviewed in writing only by email or mail within seven (7) days of the date of the Invoice.

Submit Parking Invoice Dispute

To submit a parking invoice dispute, contact Precise ParkLink Alberta at appeals@preciseparklink.ca with the following information:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Parking Invoice (Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png)

  • Proof of Payment (Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png)

  • Please explain why you are disputing your Parking Invoice

Please Note: this is for Alberta Parking Invoice disputes only.

Please allow up to one week for processing. Any appeals received with incomplete information may not be considered or responded to. Invoices that have been paid cannot be disputed.
